I’m here to help you go from exhausted to empowered, without sleep training.

Better sleep starts with listening to your instincts, not fighting them.

It's time to feel rested

Sleep Support That Feels Right For Your Family

I believe that baby sleep isn’t about rigid schedules, independence, or “self-soothing.” Instead, it’s about connection, trust, and understanding your child’s natural sleep rhythms. My approach is relationship-based, grounded in attachment theory and sleep science, and free from any form of sleep training.

I support families in finding gentle, responsive ways to improve sleep while honoring their child’s emotional needs. Whether your baby sleeps in your arms, nurses to sleep, or prefers snuggles, I help you navigate sleep in a way that feels right for your family—without pressure to force separation or ignore instincts.

Through personalized sleep support options, I empower parents to feel confident in supporting their baby’s sleep—no crying-it-out, just guidance that respects both your child’s development and your parenting values.

Because sleep is about so much more—it’s about feeling secure, supported, and well-rested together.

"Aleni provided tremendous insight and guidance into the sleep patterns of our 10-month-old. I greatly appreciated her emphasis on baby's temperament in our conversation. She offered direction as we sought to provide a response that both meets our baby's physical and emotional needs, while offering sustainability for the whole family. Recommend!"

-Leah Kanaparthi

"Aleni is such a warm, kind-hearted person with all the best intentions for all moms out there. She is like the fairy godmother of motherhood that I never knew I needed. Aleni is so helpful, responsive, and is truly passionate about her work. She is so reassuring and comforting and has helped not only validate my concerns, but to find a root cause for them. Thank you!"

-Mariel W

"I am so thankful for the opportunity to work with Aleni. I only had one call but in that call she provided so much information and just listened to me. She also provided thorough follow up notes that even went into things that we had not specifically discussed on the call but that added a lot of value and information. She also is super responsive via email providing follow up support after the call. I felt hopeless about my 18 month old son being able to night wean and with another baby due in about 7 weeks. Through the simple tips she gave me, we have made so much progress and he's actually ok with just cuddling at night instead of demanding to nurse. I am thankful that she is attachment based and that I didn't have to feel like I was going against my instincts following the guidance she gave me. I love co sleeping with my son and didn't want to change that yet so we're getting to sleep more with the current arrangements we have. Thank you Aleni!"

Exhausted, overwhelmed, and done Googling for answers?

I’ve been there. Let’s change that.

Before booking a sleep support package, I want families to truly understand my approach so you can feel confident that we’re aligned. My work is rooted in attachment, responsiveness, and realistic expectations around infant and child sleep.

Sleep support is a good fit for your family if:

  • You want to support your child’s sleep without using sleep training methods or leaving them to cry alone.
  • You value responsiveness, attachment, and emotional connection during sleep struggles.
  • You are open to supporting sleep through connection (nursing, rocking, cuddling, laying together, co-sleeping, etc.).
  • You understand that sleep is developmental and not always linear.
  • You are looking for realistic, gentle support rather than promises of “sleeping through the night.”
  • You want to understand the root causes behind sleep challenges instead of just changing behaviors.
  • You believe your instincts as a parent matter and deserve to be honored.
  • You want a flexible approach that works for your unique child and family.
  • You are open to gradual changes that protect attachment and emotional well-being.
  • You understand that frequent waking can be biologically normal, especially in infancy.
  • You want support that takes into account temperament, sensory needs, development, nutrition, routines, and connection.
  • You are looking for guidance, education, and support, not rigid rules or schedules.
  • You understand that every child is different and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep.
  • You want to feel supported, empowered, and informed rather than pressured to ignore your child’s needs.

This is not the best fit if:

  • You are looking for traditional sleep training methods or quick-fix programs.
  • You want strict schedules, rigid wake windows, or highly structured sleep plans.
  • You are hoping for guarantees that your child will sleep 12 hours independently.
  • You are uncomfortable responding to your child during the night.
  • You are looking for a “cry it out,” chair method, or “pick up/put down” approach.

My goal is not to train children to need less from us, it’s to help families better understand sleep while protecting connection along the way.

If you still have questions or want to make sure this approach feels right for your family, you can always book a free clarity call with me. I want families to feel fully aligned and supported before moving forward.
